I offer online supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. Qualifications Initially training as a Psychologist in the UK, I moved to Greece to qualify with a Masters in Counselling Psychology with a Practicum (Distinction). I am accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I adhere to their ethical frameworks. I am fully qualified for online and telephone counselling. I have an accredited qualification in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD) and an accredited qualification in (PCE-CfD) Supervision. Alongside my private practice, I have comprehensive experience in providing counselling to clients from various backgrounds. I have worked with students at primary and secondary schools across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire and with undergraduate and postgraduate students at Universities. Over the years I have provided individual and group therapy for Youth Centres, Bereavement and Mental Health Charities. I have experience working in the NHS and private clinics for health services supporting adult patients who suffer from mental health difficulties and chronic pain conditions. I work using an integrative approach to therapy which draws from different practices and theory from Person Centred Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to suit each client’s individual needs.
